摘要:
随着人工成本的不断上涨和环保要求的提高，如何采用新技术手段实现油库油品贸易交接计量的自动化，成为成品油销售企业亟待解决的重要问题。基于谐振筒式密度测量传感器的测量原理，研发了一种油库发油管道密度自动测量的在线密度计，并详细介绍了密度计的结构设计、测量原理、安装方式、性能测试等。经实际应用证明：该新型密度计达到国际先进水平，可准确测量管道发油密度和温度，满足贸易计量交接要求。
