天然气长输管道运行费用中压气站的运行费用占绝大部分, 对压气站运行费用的研究结果表明, 天然气长输管道具有巨大的节能潜力。对已有的离心压缩机运行费用计算方法进行了改进, 进一步精确了离心压缩机运行费用的计算数值, 并基于上述改进的方法编写了新的离心压缩机运行费用计算软件。分别应用改进前、 后的计算方法在进站流量与压比依次变化的工况下, 计算离心压缩机的能耗费用, 对比两种方法的计算结果并总结其变化规律, 对今后精确评估长输天然气管道节能潜力有一定的参考作用。
