3PE 防腐涂层管道现场补口基本采用环氧底漆+热收缩带结构,剥离强度测试是评价补口防腐层粘接性能的主要方式。目前现场大多采用弹簧秤进行剥离性能测试,存在无法准确控制剥离速度和角度,以及无法实现管道补口各方位检测等问题。在角度可调的等腰三角形结构理论的基础上,对测试设备拉伸和角度控制系统进行了优化设计,采用模块化设计思想,编写了系统操作软件,研制出的便携式剥离试验机,实现了 3PE 防腐涂层的剥离强度测试速度与角度可控,可对拉力进行直接测量,独特的三角形结构满足 90°剥离角度的需求,调速的 2 台步进电机控制实现了 10 mm/min的剥离速度要求。试验结果表明:其精度达到 1%,可用于工程检测评价。
Epoxy primer plus heat shrinkable tape is basically used for the field coating for welded joints of 3PE anti-corrosion coating pipeline.Peel strength test is the main way to evaluate the effect of welded joint coating.For this purpose, spring scale is usually applied now, but it can not accurately control the speed and angle of peel, neither inspect the welded joint at all positions.Accordingly, the stretching and angle control system of test equipment is optimized on the basis of the theory that the angle of isosceles triangle structure is adjustable.Combining with the system operating software written by the modular design concept, a portable peel tester is developed finally.This product can control both speed and angle of peel strength test of 3PE coating, but also directly measure the pull.Its triangular structure tallies with the required 90° peel angle, and the rated peeling speed of 10 mm/min is achieved by two speed-controlled stepping motors.The test result shows that the tester realizes a dynamometry precision up to 1%.So, it can be used in the engineering test evaluation.
