目前,基于管道与泵机组间耦合状态分析的管道泄漏诊断方法研究较少。在对管道输送设备进行综合监测的基础上,基于负压波原理,提出了一种基于管道与泵机组状态耦合分析的泄漏监测方法,该方法主要包括了基于逻辑推理的管道压力异常捕捉算法、管道相关设备实时状态识别,以及基于耦合状态分析的管道泄漏判别。现场应用结果证明,该方法提高了对管道小泄漏的检测能力,可以有效排除因泵机组状态异常导致的管道泄漏误报警,降低了管道检漏误报警率,提高了监测效率,为保证管道输送系统的稳定性提供了一种新方法和思路。
There are only few studies on pipeline leak diagnosis based on analysis of coupling between pipeline and pump unit. Combining the integrated detection of process data of pipeline facilities, this paper presents a new leak detection method for pipeline using coupling analysis according to the theory of negative pressure waves. The method includes pipeline pressure abnormality capture by means of logical reasoning, real-time status identification of relevant pipeline equipment, and leak diagnosis through coupling analysis. Field applications have proved that this method is more capable of detecting minor pipeline leaks with high efficiency by effectively removing the possibility of false alarm of leak caused by abnormality of pump unit and reducing other false alarms in leak detection. It provides a new technique and concept for ensuring the stability of pipeline system.
