数据管理是管道完整性管理的基础.对比现有管道数据模型,结合国际上管道完整性管理的理论和应用方法,以我国长输管道完整性管理的实施经验和发展需求为出发点,充分利用APDM 模型的数据集合划分和空间信息管理的优势,建立长输管道完整性数据模型.该模型重点针对事故侵害、识别评价、检测评估、海底管道等数据集的数据结构进行构建,细化管道缺陷、侵害来源、检测方式、高后果区、风险及完整性评价信息等要素,统一管道数据类别从属、拓扑方式、格式精度等的参考标准.同时,拓展建立数据字典,结合Geodatabase 空间数据库技术,确立中心线特征和沿线要素的表示规则,开发管道完整性管理数据库.长输管道完整性数据模型在某原油管道完整性管理中开展了应用,基本满足该管道的数据管理需求.
Data management is the basis of pipeline integrity management. Through comparison of available pipeline data models, referring to theories and applications of pipeline integrity management around the world, and considering the operation experience and necessity of long-distance pipeline integrity management in China, the data model of longdistance pipeline integrity has been established with APDM's advantages in data gather division and spatial information management. The model is mainly based on data structures of multiple data sets, such as accident hazard, identification and assessment, inspection and evaluation, and subsea pipeline. It uses more detailed elements of pipeline flaws, hazard origin, inspection way, areas with high consequences, risks and integrity evaluation information, and also unifies the reference standards of data types, topology mode and format precision. Moreover, data dictionary has been established. Combined with Geodatabase spatial database, central line features and element expression rules along the line have been decided to develop database of pipeline integrity management. The data model of long-distance pipeline integrity has been applied in the integrity management of a crude oil pipeline, which can basically meet the needs for data management of the pipeline.
