管内高压封堵器的研制

[摘要]管内高压封堵技术是一项新型的管道封堵技术,在陆地、海底油气管道的维修、换管、换阀、加减支路等作业中应用前景广阔。该技术的工作原理是将清管器与封堵器铰接在一起,从清管器的发
射端进入,二者在清管器的推动下向前行走,通过监控中心发射的超低频电磁脉冲信号来启动微型液压系统实现封堵。锁定滑块和封隔圈是封堵器的关键部件,其直接决定封堵器的锁定与密封能力,因此,重点分析了锁定滑块锁紧的可靠性和封隔圈密封的可行性。自主研制了适用于内径300 mm管道的管内高压封堵器样机,通过简单的封堵打压试验,初步证明了该项技术应用的可行性。

[Abstract]High-pressure isolation technique of pipeline is a new pipeline isolation technique. It is widely applied in pipe repair,pipe replacement,valve replacement,additional installing/removing manifold of onshore and offshore pipelines. It works by jointing the pig and isolation plug together. The combination is put in the pig launcher,pushed forward by the pig,the isolation plug is controlled by the ultra-low frequency signal sent from the monitoring center. The sliding lock block and the isolation ring are the key components,which are crucial for the locking and sealing capability. The paper emphasizes more on the locking stability of sliding lock block and the sealing applicability of the sealing ring. The isolation plug prototype adaptable for 300 mm pipe is developed and the plugging and boosting test are performed,which reveals its sound applicability.

?????? 管内高压智能封堵技术是20 世纪90 年代挪威PSI 公司的重要研究成果[1-2]。该技术借助清管器收发装置,将其与封堵器铰接在一起,从清管器的发射端进入,在清管器的推动下向前行走,到达欲封堵管段时,监控中心发射超低频电磁脉冲信号,启动微型液压系统实现封堵,完成封堵后,按照超低频电磁脉冲信号指令自动解封,继续在清管器的推动下行走,到达清管器接收端取出。在陆地、海底管道的修护应用方面,管内高压封堵技术市场应用前景广阔,特别是在一些特定的应用领域,例如陆地油气管道铺设时的分段试压,深水海底油气管道的封堵,立管和阀门的维修与更换等,均具有突出的技术优势[2]。与管道开孔封堵技术相比,管内高压封堵所需作业时间更短,作业完成后不会在管道上留下任何附加装置,减少了故障点,大大降低了维修成本和维修时间。
