[摘要]光缆与油气管道同沟敷设施工方法可以充分发挥并利用油气管道的路由资源和站场资源,将光纤通信引入到管道通信中,从而满足油气管道生产运行的高可靠性和宽带应用的通信需求。描述了光缆在管沟中的位置,设计图纸与施工步骤,硅芯管保护等技术问题;结合鄯善-乌鲁木齐输气管道、西气东输管道、陕京二线输气管道、兰州-郑州-长沙成品油管道、西气东输二线管道等工程的应用实践,对光缆与输油气管道同沟敷设施工方法和改进措施进行了总结,指出了目前存在的施工管理、组织及施工责任方面的问题。

[Abstract]Routing and station resources of oil & gas pipelines can be fully utilized by means of the technique of laying in one ditch for fiber cable and oil or gas pipeline. Introduction of fiber communication into pipeline communication can effectively meet the requirements of high reliability and broad band application during operation of oil or gas pipeline. The technical problems like the position of fiber cable in ditch,designation of drawing,construction steps and protection of silicon core pipe are analyzed,and the construction methods and improvement measures of laying in one ditch for fiber cable and oil or gas pipeline are summarized based on the cases in Shanshan-Urumchi Gas Transmission Pipeline,No. I West-to-East Gas Pipeline,No. II Shannxi-Beijing Gas Pipeline,Lanzhou-Zhengzhou-Changsha Products Oil Pipeline,and No. II West-to-East Gas Pipeline. It is pointed out that the current problems in this technique substantively belong to the parties in the construction management,organization and obligation of oil & gas pipelines.

国内光缆与输油气管道同沟敷设已有15年的工程应用实践,期间共敷设光缆17 574 km,未来5年,规划近40 000 km光缆与新建油气管道同沟敷设,为油气管道的生产运营传输实时数据、图像和语音等信号。1967年投产的意大利里亚斯特(Trieste)至德国因戈尔施塔特(Ingolstadt)输油管道,与管道同沟敷设了一条7组4芯电缆,用于传输管道的监控、遥测和语音通信信号;1986年,NKF公司(现荷兰Draka公司)在荷兰德伦特省(Drenthe)与上艾瑟尔省(Overijssel)之间沿80 km管道同沟敷设了一条光缆和一条电缆。以上案例证明了光缆与管道同沟敷设的可行性,但是国内在与德国PLE公司进行陕京一线输气管道的联合设计时,否定了这种尝试,理由是管道发生故障时光缆也难以幸免于难,会导致事故抢修过程中失去有效的通信支持。1993年,鄯善-乌鲁木齐输气管道开创了国内采用光缆与管道同沟敷设的先河,于1995年顺利投产。至此,同沟敷设光缆的通信方式被管道工程认可,随之开始的沙漠油气管道、库鄯原油管道、轮库油气管道,都无一例外地采纳了该设计施工方法。
