热泵在原油长输管道的应用前景

[摘要]国内原油输油管道加热设备大多采用天然气或油气两用加热炉。加热炉在燃烧过程中,会消耗大量的天然气和原油并排放污染性气体,且加热炉的运行费用会受到能源价格波动的影响。分析了原油长输管道加热炉存在的问题,提出热泵的应用能够满足输油生产节能减排的要求。阐述了热泵在国内的应用现状与前景。介绍了热泵的工作原理和系统加热原理,并从初投资、运行经济效益和环境效益方面,对热泵系统和加热炉系统进行了经济对比。结果表明:热泵的经济和环境效益明显优于加热炉,在节能减排与输油管道降耗等方面,有广阔的开发、应用前景。

[Abstract]As heating equipment of oil pipeline in China,natural gas or oil-gas heaters are usually adopted. Heaters work by gas and crude oil and exhaust polluted air. The running cost of heater is affected by the fluctuated energy price. In this paper,the problems existed in heater are analyzed. It is considered that applying heat pump can meet the needs of energy saving and emission reduction in oil pipeline operation. Application situation and prospect of heat pump in China are described. Working and heating principles of heat pump are introduced. Economic comparison on heat pump system and heater system is carried out from the viewpoints of initial investment,economic benefits in operation and environment benefits. The results show that heat pump is better than heater in economic and environmental benefits. In the aspects of energy saving and emission reduction of oil pipeline,there is a wide development and application prospects in heat pump.

加热炉是原油管道的主要加热设备,其燃料大多数以油、天然气为主。目前天然气价格略低于原油,且其燃烧后排放的气体,对环境污染较小,所以大部分输油站的加热炉主要以天然气为燃料。考虑到气源的问题,为保证加热炉使用的连续性,部分输油站也使用油气两用燃烧器,以保证正常的输油生产。尽管国内加热炉行业快速发展,燃料利用率也在不断提高,但原油长输管道若采用热泵系统加热,会更有利于环保,符合能源转型的发展趋势,实现输油生产向节能型的转变,满足节能减排的需要。
