摘要:: 金属磁记忆（Metal Magnetic Memory，MMM）应力检测技术支持非接触、在线检测，在以钢制油气管道为代表对象的铁磁性材料应力损伤检测领域具有很好的应用潜力。为明确MMM检测信号与应力集中程度的定量变化关系，基于J-A理论建立管道应力检测数值模型，计算分析管道应力变化过程中MMM检测信号特征，研究了应力影响下的无磁滞磁化曲线形状参数、钉扎系数对MMM信号的影响规律，并对应力与磁信号的关系进行了实验研究。结果表明：管道受力过程中，应变逐渐增大，信号在弹性变形阶段发生一次翻转，翻转位置随无磁滞磁化曲线形状参数的增大而提前；当管体发生塑性变形时，位错引起材料磁学特性改变，信号出现第二次翻转，翻转位置受钉扎系数影响较大，钉扎系数越大，翻转位置越延后，翻转处应变值呈二次函数减小趋势。理论计算与系统实验中的磁-力学关系具有一致性。

Abstract:: Metal magnetic memory (MMM) stress detection technology supports non-contact and online detection, there is great potential for application in the field of stress damage detection of ferromagnetic materials, represented by steel oil and gas pipelines. In order to clarify the quantitative relationship between MMM detection signal and stress concentration, a numerical model of pipeline stress detection is established based on J-A theory; The characteristics of MMM detection signal in the process of pipeline stress change are calculated and analyzed. The influence of shape parameters of non-hysteresis magnetization curve and pinning coefficient on MMM signal under the influence of stress is studied, and the relationship between stress and magnetic signal is experimentally studied. The results show that the strain increases gradually in the process of pipeline stress, and the signal overturns once in the elastic phase, and the overturning position advances with the increase of the shape parameter of the non-hysteresis magnetization curve; When the tube body undergoes plastic deformation, the dislocation causes the magnetic properties of the material to change, and the signal turns over for the second time. The turning position is greatly affected by the pinning coefficient. The larger the pinning coefficient, the longer the turning position is, and the strain value at the turning point shows a quadratic function decreasing trend. The theoretical calculation is consistent with the magnetic mechanics relationship in the system experiment.
