加油机器人关键技术与应用可行性

; refueling robot; Key technologies; Efficiency; Economy; Application analysis随着智慧化、信息化科技水平的高速发展,油品销售企业积极探索智能加油机器人技术,以消除招工难度大、用工成本高的痛点,同时降低员工工作强度、提升顾客体验感。系统梳理了国内外加油机器人的研发进展,详细论述了加油机器人机械臂本体及其控制系统、末端执行机构、视觉识别系统、防爆及智能交互等关键技术。通过对不同类型站点、不同熟练程度的40名加油员共计2 000次加注行为进行观测及统计分析,结合不同地区、不同加油站点的实际情况,综合对比人工加注与机器人加注两种服务方式的效率性与经济性,分析结果可为加油机器人的研发目标与商用条件提供判定依据。在此基础上,提出了加油机器人进站应用的研发目标和改进方向。
With the rapid development of intelligence and information technology, domestic oil product sales enterprises have actively explored the refueling robot, in order to eliminate the pain points of difficult recruitment and high labor costs, reduce the work intensity of employees, and improve customer experience. This paper introduces the research and development of refueling robot at home and abroad, and analyzes the key technologies of refueling robot arm ontology technology, end-execution technology, visual recognition technology, explosion-proof technology and so on. Through the comprehensive comparison of the efficiency and economy of refueling robot and refueling operator in providing refueling service, it provides a judgment basis for the research and development goal and commercial conditions of refueling robot, and provides an improvement direction for the application of refueling robot in gas station.
