系统韧性的概念由灾后主观意识而生,逐渐发展为工程思想和研究方向,对应研究由定性认知向定量评价发展。天然气管网系统韧性概念涉及运营者、研究者及用户,作为安全运行的重要思想,系统韧性是管网中各类保供举措制订的基础;作为管网系统的灾变行为表征,系统韧性是相关研究中建模、优化的核心。因此,基于不同对象和视角,天然气管网系统韧性既是思想认知,又是系统属性,上述关系表征详见图1。
