为满足油田小曲率半径低压然气集输管道的检测需求,研制了一种适用于此类管道的漏磁内检测器。将漏磁内检测器聚氨酯导向盘更换为钢刷结构,有效减小内检测器在弯头处启动压差,降低内检测器的运行速度,并对内检测器励磁结构进行优化,以减小永磁体体积。将改造后的内检测器应用于某油田此类输气管道,结果表明:与原有输气管道漏磁内检测器相比,改造后的内检测器在弯头处的启动压差降低约40%,内检测器最大运行速度由11 m/s降至6.8 m/s,95%检测里程控速在5 m/s以下,并且可以准确获取管道内外壁缺陷数据。小曲率半径低压力输气管道内检测器的研制与应用,弥补了输气管道内检测器的技术短板,可有效提升管道本质安全水平。
In order to meet the requirements of low pressure gas pipeline with small curvature radius, a magnetic leakage detector suitable for this kind of pipeline is developed. The polyurethane guide disk of the magnetic leakage detector was replaced with a steel brush structure to reduce the volume of permanent magnets, effectively reducing the starting pressure difference of the detector at the elbow and reducing the running speed of the detector. The modified detector was applied to this kind of gas transmission pipeline in oilfield. The results show that compared with the traditional magnetic leakage detector in gas transmission pipeline, the starting pressure difference of the modified detector at the elbow is reduced by 40%,the maximum operating speed of the detector is reduced from 11 m/s to 6.8 m/s, and the program control speed of 95% detection is less than 5 m/s, and the defect data is less than 5 m/s, and the defect data of the inner and outer walls of the pipeline can be accurately obtained. The development and application of the detector in the gas pipeline with small curvature radius and low pressure can make up the technical weakness of the detect or in the gas pipeline and play a positive role in ensuring the safe operation of the pipeline.
