混氢天然气管道输送技术研究进展
Research progress on pipeline transportation technology of hydrogenmixed
natural gas
氢能是公认的清洁能源,将氢气掺入天然气管道进行输送,是大规模输送氢气的有效途径。
氢气的物性与天然气差异大,天然气中掺入氢气后天然气气质会发生改变。综述了世界各国在天然
气管输系统混氢输送过程中混氢天然气的互换性、天然气管道混氢工艺系统适应性、管道设备安全
性等研究进展。结合中国输气管网的实际情况,建议:①研究不同地区、不同类型燃具对混氢天然
气燃气互换性的要求,评估混氢天然气对民用/工业用户等终端用户的潜在影响;②分析不同输量、
季节、混氢量下管道运行参数及不同型号压缩机工况点变化规律及燃气轮机的适应性;③考虑含氢
量、氢气-甲烷分层流等因素,改进气体组分在线/离线色谱分析系统,结合CFD 模拟及实验等方法,
开展计量设备修正研究;④揭示混氢天然气泄漏扩散特性规律,针对不同泄漏场景优化燃气泄漏检
测设备空间布置及安装方式,完善应急预案;⑤开展高钢级管道混氢输送适应性分析,保障管道本
体安全。
