中俄东线管道地质灾害监测技术应用与建议
Application and suggestions of geological hazard monitoring technology for China–Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline

; Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline; geological hazard; monitoring technology; monitoring standard中俄东线天然气管道沿线自然环境复杂、多年冻土、水网沼泽、林带交替分布,同时经过地震断裂带、采空区等地质条件恶劣地质环境,对管道安全运营提出了严峻考验。通过监测地质灾害时空域演变信息、诱发因素等,可对地质灾害进行评价、预测预报和防治。中俄东线天然气管道采用管道本体变形监测、分布式光纤应变监测、不稳定斜坡GNSS监测预警等技术对其沿线地质灾害进行持续监测,不同监测结果相互印证,有助于提高风险评估的可靠性及风险减缓措施制定的针对性。针对现行地质灾害监测标准存在的问题,提出了标准修订整合建议,特别是统一地质灾害风险等级的划分方法,并使监测等级与地质灾害风险等级相对应,以期有效指导标准使用者对于风险的判断及监测等级的选择,提升标准的指导性及可操作性。
