成品油油流携水机理研究进展
Research progress on mechanism of water displacement by flowing product oil
成品油管道低洼处积水引起的腐蚀产物经常会堵塞干线设备,利用油流剪切、冲刷低洼处积水进而将其排出管道是减少成品油管道腐蚀,防止管道堵塞的有效方法。首次从试验研究、理论分析及数值模拟等方面对成品油油流携水时积水流动特征、积水运动速度、积水可被携带的临界条件、临界条件的影响因素及规律等方面进行总结,分析了目前研究中存在的问题,并提出应在更大速度范围(0.57~1.53 m/s)内进行积水分布特征及积水运动速度的试验研究,此外,还应研究水相预润湿后的钢管转变为恒定油润湿时的临界条件。研究结果对管内积液、杂质的排除有一定的指导意义。
