基于AQWA与OrcaFlex的海上漂浮软管输油系统仿真
Simulation of offshore floating hose oil transportation system based on AQWA and OrcaFlex
风浪流联合作用下漂浮软管的运动状态与受力情况非常复杂,为此采用AQWA和OrcaFlex联合仿真的方法对海上漂浮软管输油系统进行动态仿真分析。通过建立数值模型,利用AQWA软件对油船进行频域分析,再利用OrcaFlex软件对漂浮软管、油船、浮筒、系泊缆之间的耦合运动进行时域分析。结果表明:风浪流对漂浮软管所受张力影响呈非线性增长,漂浮软管输油系统张力最大点在软管两端位置,通过设置沿线系固锚可以明显降低软管所受张力,减少漂移量。采用该方法和模型分析输送距离为1 100 m的海上漂浮软管输油系统,得出最优软管长度为1 300 m,无沿线系固时软管漂移量约为300 m,可以满足4级海况下的安全要求。研究成果对于此类海上漂浮软管输油系统的动态仿真分析具有一定的借鉴意义。
