系统结构及流质状态对管道共振激发的比对分析
Stimulation of pipeline resonance by system structure and flow status
为解决大输量站场中压缩机的异常振动问题, 以某压缩机站场为例, 通过计算气柱固有频率,证明了管路中扰动可激发声学共振的可能性, 揭示了振动产生的根本原因。利用 FLUENT 有限元软件分析管内流体流动状态, 明确扰动产生的源头;利用 ANSYS 先进行静应力分析判断管系对离心压缩机出口压力脉动的响应, 再进行动应力分析判断管系的敏感频率, 进而阐述了工程中的结构分析不能完全揭露管道振动产生原因的不足。对管道设计结构进行优化, 探究解决声学共振的方法, 尽可能避免管道运行中的振动破坏, 确保主要动力设备及管道的安全。
