榆林至济南输气管道调峰方式优选
Peak shaving optimization for Yulin-Jinan Gas Pipeline

天然气长输管道受下游用户用气不稳定影响, 一定时间内必然处于进销不平稳状态。如何借助管道现有调峰手段, 确定科学、 合理、 高效的调峰方案是管道运营企业追求的目标。以榆林-济南输气管道 (榆济管道) 为例, 评估了该管道在不同输气量下的末端调峰能力, 分析了配套储气库的注采气能力及工作要求, 测算了管网下游用气不均衡系数, 最终结合管网实际情况, 提出了优选调峰方案的措施及步骤。将榆林-济南输气管道调峰优化问题程序化、 指标化, 提高了制定方案的及时性、
科学性及经济性。以管道 2012-2013 年冬季的调峰问题为例, 验证了该优化方法的可行性, 得出了日调峰以管存为主, 季节性调峰应采用管存及储气库联合调峰, 满负荷运行状态下管存尽量不调峰等共识, 将有效指导管道的运行管理工作。
