摘要:
针对压缩机组填料环失效易引发故障停机的问题,从填料函的组成及运行工况等方面,对机组填料密封环失效原因进行了综合分析,提出了相应的改进和预防措施。经实践验证,采取的填料函与活塞杆的对中、降低冷却水温度、更换润滑油品种且增加润滑油的注入量等改进措施,可以有效提高机组的运行效率。
Abstract:
Failure of packing ring of compressor set will result in shutting down.A comprehensive analysis on failure cause of packing ring is carried out from aspects of composition of packing box and running process, and relevant improvement and preventive measures are presented.It is found out that improvement measures taken in centering of packing box and cylinder rod, decreasing temperature of cooling water, replacing variety of lubricant and increasing injection rate of lubricant can effectively increase running efficiency of compressor sets.
