摘要:: 【目的】数值模拟方法在研究高钢级油气管道的损伤演化行为方面发挥了重要作用。然而，模拟结果的准确性往往受损伤模型参数的精确度所制约，确定准确的损伤参数既是保证模拟结果准确性的必要条件，也是分析工作的难点所在。【方法】通过材料拉伸试验、数值模拟和响应面法相结合的有限元反向标定法，建立不同孔洞体积分数与反映材料弹塑性变形以及损伤断裂行为的特征参数之间的拟合关系，实现对X80管道环焊缝Gurson-Tvergaard-Needleman（GTN）损伤模型参数的有效标定；利用该参数标定结果对材料的拉伸试验过程进行数值反演，通过比较仿真与试验结果的断口特征和应力应变曲线完成对模型的参数精度的验证；同时，基于上述GTN损伤模型对X80管道环焊缝的单边缺口拉伸和单边缺口弯曲试验过程进行数值模拟及结果分析，完成针对该GTN损伤模型的适用性验证。【结果】针对参数标定结果精度验证方面，完成参数标定后的仿真呈现出的断口位置以及断裂特征与试验结果相符合，其应力应变曲线在整个损伤断裂过程中存在良好的一致性，通过对比抗拉应力、抗拉应变、断裂应力以及断裂应变四个特征点的差值后发现，两者存在的最大误差不超过10%；在模型适用性验证方面，单边缺口拉伸试样和单边缺口弯曲试样所对应表观韧性值分别为0.3993和0.3242，两者所对应的最终转化率在1.23左右。【结论】参数验证结果证实了本文所提出的GTN模型及其参数标定方法对X80管线环焊缝的损伤演化行为预测方面的有效性，同时，基于该GTN模型所搭建的小尺寸断裂韧性试验模型数值模拟结果验证了不同试样之间由于裂尖拘束度影响所造成的断裂韧性的差异性问题，试验结果进一步说明了该GTN模型在X80高钢级油气管道损伤断裂领域具有较强的应用价值。

Abstract:: [Objective] Numerical simulation methods play an important role in studying the damage evolution behavior of high steel grade oil and gas pipelines. However, the accuracy of simulation results is often constrained by the accuracy of damage model parameters, and determining accurate damage parameters is both a necessary condition to ensure the accuracy of simulation results and a difficult part of the analysis. [Methods] Through the finite element inverse calibration method combining material tensile test, numerical simulation and response surface method, the fitting relationship between different hole volume fractions and characteristic parameters reflecting elastic-plastic deformation and damage fracture behavior of the material is established to realize the effective calibration of the parameters of the damage model of the X80 pipeline circumferential weld Gurson-Tvergaard-Needleman (GTN); Numerical inversion of the tensile test process is carried out by using the results of the parameter calibration, and the parameter accuracy of the model is verified by comparing the fracture characteristics and the stress-strain curves of the simulation and test results; at the same time, numerical simulation and result analysis are carried out based on the above mentioned GTN damage model for the unilateral notched tensile and unilateral notched bending test process of X80 pipeline annular weld to complete the applicability validation of the GTN damage model. The applicability of the GTN damage model is verified. [Results] For the accuracy verification of the parameter calibration results, the simulation after the completion of parameter calibration shows that the fracture position and fracture characteristics are in line with the test results, and there is a good consistency between the stress-strain curves in the whole damage and fracture process, and by comparing the differences between the four characteristic points of the tensile stress, tensile strain, rupture stress, and rupture strain, it is found that there is no more than a maximum error of 10% between the two; In the validation of model applicability, the apparent toughness values of the unilateral notched tensile specimen and the unilateral notched bending specimen are 0.3993 and 0.3242, respectively, and the final conversion rate of the two corresponds to 1.23. [Conclusion] The parameter validation results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed GTN model and its parameter calibration method in predicting the damage evolution behavior of X80 pipe line ring weld, meanwhile, the numerical simulation results of the small-size fracture toughness test model constructed based on the GTN model verified the variability of fracture toughness between different specimens due to the influence of the crack tip constriction degree, and the test results further The test results further show that the GTN model has strong application value in the field of damage fracture of X80 high steel grade oil and gas pipelines.
