摘要:: [目的]天然气管网运行的数字化和智能化是必然趋势，在线仿真技术在其中起着至关重要的作用。[方法]针对国外商业软件中在线仿真核心算法不公开的问题，从仿真模型构建、实时数据处理及温压补偿器设计3个方面提出了一套适用于天然气管道在线仿真的自适应仿真方法。首先从管道基本流动方程出发，采用交错网格下的有限容积法进行离散求解，并利用线模型思想引入设备模型，使得天然气管道的流动仿真过程精度高、统一性好且扩展性强。同时基于3σ-MAF（3 Times Standard Deviation-Moving Average Filtering）方法实现了SCADA数据的实时处理，可识别传感器数据异常值并降低测量噪声。继而通过控制理论将模型自适应问题转化成以实测值与仿真值误差最小为目标的负反馈控制问题，并基于PID（Proportional Integral Derivative）算法设计了温压补偿器，实现了在线仿真过程气体流动状态的修正，并通过某实际管网算例进行了算法验证。[结果]通过与SCADA实测数据对比发现，压力修正前、后的仿真值与实测数据的平均相对误差从2.407%降至0.066%，温度修正前、后的仿真值与实测数据的平均相对误差从1.525%降至0.273%，极大地提高了在线仿真结果的准确性。[结论]考虑温压补偿的天然气管道自适应仿真方法具有算法稳定、误差修正快及收敛误差小的优点，可为后续国产化工业级在线仿真软件应用落地提供理论基础。

Abstract:: The digitalization and intelligentization of natural gas pipeline network operation is an inevitable trend, and online simulation technology plays a vital role. With the changing international landscape, non-indigenous intellectual property rights of online simulation technologies no longer suffice for meeting the energy security demands of our country. In response to the issue of undisclosed key algorithms in foreign commercial online simulation software, a model adaptive method for natural gas pipelines online simulation is proposed from three aspects of simulation model construction, real-time data processing and temperature-pressure compensator design in this paper. Firstly, the finite volume method under the staggered grid is used to discretize and solve the basic flow equations of the pipeline, and the line model idea is used to introduce the equipment model. Therefore, the natural gas pipeline flow simulation has high accuracy, good uniformity and strong scalability. At the same time, the real-time processing of SCADA data is realized based on the 3σ-MAF method, which can identify abnormal values of sensor data and reduce measurement noise. Then, through the control theory, the model adaptive problem is transformed into a negative feedback control problem with the goal of minimizing the error between the measured and simulated values. A temperature-pressure compensator is designed based on the PID algorithm to realize the correction of the gas flow state in the online simulation process. Finally, the proposed method is verified through an actual pipe network example, and the results shows that the pressure simulation error is reduced from 2.407% to 0.066%, and the temperature error is reduced from 1.525% to 0.273%. The results indicate that the adaptive simulation method for natural gas pipelines possesses advantages of algorithm stability, rapid error correction, and minimal convergence error. This study provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent implementation of domestic industrial-grade online simulation applications.
