油气管道继续输送油气的效益低于输送成本且管道没有其他潜在用途, 或者管道自身条件老化严重无法继续安全运行时, 废弃处理是不可避免的选择。管道废弃施工是一项复杂的系统工程, 应该做好充分准备并制定详细计划, 将经济成本和环境负面影响降到最低。针对管道废弃过程的重要环节, 结合国外管道废弃处置的实际案例, 探讨了管道残留物的清理、管道及其附件的拆除、穿越管段的填充、原位弃置管道导流效应的处理以及管道废弃处置之后的跟踪维护等关键技术, 可为我国废弃油气管道的科学处置提供借鉴。
For oil and gas pipelines with profits lower than operation costs, or with no other potential usages, or that are too old to ensure production safety, abandonment shall be considered as an inevitable choice. Abandonment of pipelines is a complex systematic project, which requires detailed preparations and thorough designs to reduce costs and minimize negative environmental impacts. With consideration to key sectors in abandonment of pipelines, this paper reviews domestic and overseas cases involving abandonment to highlight operations related to removal of residual materials within such pipelines, dismantling of pipelines and relevant attachments, filling of crossover sections, diversion effects of pipelines abandoned in-situ, follow-up and maintenance of such pipelines after abandonment. This restudy may provide necessary guidance for scientific and proper disposal of abandoned oil and gas pipelines.
