易凝高黏含蜡原油蜡沉积规律及老化现象

; aging; carbon number distribution; hardness; cold finger分别选取含蜡量为 20.95%、 27.5%、 35.0%的 3 种易凝高黏原油, 利用冷指实验装置进行蜡沉积实验, 并结合高温气相色谱仪分析沉积物组分的变化, 探究了蜡沉积层的老化现象以及温度条件对老化的影响。结果表明, 随着时间的延长, 沉积速率呈增大趋势, 且含蜡量越高的油品增长幅度越大;随着时间的延长, 高碳数蜡分子不断向沉积层中扩散, 低碳数蜡分子则从沉积层中向油流中反扩散即老化过程, 这一过程导致沉积层中的高碳数蜡分子含量不断增加, 低碳数蜡分子比例不断减小, 且高温度区间时的扩散与反扩散作用更加强烈, 相应碳数变化幅度更加明显;温度区间越低, 沉积层含蜡量的最大值出现时间越早。
