广东潮州华丰LPG 冷库建设工程在消化吸收国外先进技术的基础上,实施多项技术创新:采用土工织物加筋垫层处理储罐软地基;将消防水循环使用,作为丙烷的换热载体,解决了设备和管道
的腐蚀问题;使用不同规格的丙烷和丁烷压缩机,解决压缩机间负荷不一致以及两种气体加压时间不同步的问题;采用“分离结构”方案,现场配制低温储罐抗压圈结构,20 kPa 气密性试压结果证实其具有必要的可靠度和安全性。这些技术创新,不仅使工程质量达到了国内外有关规范的要求,而且大幅节省了工程投资,使该工程成为国内单位储量投资最少的大型LPG 冷冻库。

Chaozhou Huafeng LPG Freezer of Guangdong Province was put into construction with innovated combination techniques.
During the project construction,the reinforced geotextile cushion was adopted to treat with the weak base of tank the fire water,
as a carrier of heat exchange of propane,was recycled the desalinated sea water was used in corrosion control of device and
pipeline propane and butane compressors were put into operation to fit their load and synchronically compress them;based on
“split structure” plan,the compressive cushion suitable for low-temperature tank was field manufactured,and tightness testing
at 20 kPa gave safety and reliability. As a lowest cost case in inland large-scale LPG freezer construction,the project met the
relative specifications and standards at home and abroad.
