[目的]随着民航需求与日俱增,大中型机场数量增加,安全稳定的机坪管网供油系统是实现民航机场人享其行、物畅其流的基石,精准的启停泵控制方案是保障恒压供油自动控制系统高效运行的核心。[方法]采用特征线法编制机坪管网供油系统离线仿真程序,并与SPS软件结果进行对比,验证了所编制程序的准确性。以中国某机场实际管网结构和加油信息为例,针对不同控制模式(单泵变频、多泵变频)、不同测量参数(压力频率、压力流量)的控制方案,考虑该机场一天内加油流量变化,模拟得到不同控制方案下油库出口压力、加油泵运行状态随时间的变化情况,统计得到启停泵次数与泵机组运行能耗并进行对比分析。[结果]基于压力频率测量参数进行控制时,系统倾向于启动更多的加油泵以应对压力波动,因此其最大运行泵数高于基于压力流量测量参数控制。启停泵控制的关键是保障加油需求与运行泵数匹配,停泵更及时的控制方案能够有效减少能量损耗。综合考虑,多泵变频控制模式能够在停泵工况下通过调节泵转速来保障管道压力稳定,且基于压力流量测量参数进行启停泵判断时能够显著降低运行能耗,提高系统运行的安全性与经济性。[结论]研究成果能够辅助设计和运行人员进行泵启停控制方案优选,有利于机场加油系统的合理规划设计、安全调度管理及精确操作控制。

[Objective]With the increasing demand for civil aviation and the increase in the number of large and medium-sized airports, a safe and stable apron pipeline oil supply system is the cornerstone of realizing the smooth flow of people and goods in civil aviation airports. Accurate start stop pump control scheme is the core to ensure the efficient operation of the constant pressure oil supply automatic control system.[Methods] The offline simulation program for the apron pipeline oil supply system was developed using the characteristic line method, and the accuracy of the program was verified by comparing it with the results of SPS software. Taking the actual pipeline network structure and refueling information of a certain airport in China as an example, for control schemes with different control modes (single pump frequency conversion, multi pump frequency conversion) and different measurement parameters (pressure frequency, pressure flow), considering the changes in refueling flow rate within a day at the airport, the changes in the outlet pressure of the oil depot and the operating status of the refueling pump over time under different control schemes are simulated. The number of pump starts and stops and the energy consumption of the pump unit operation are calculated and compared and analyzed.[Results] When controlling based on pressure frequency measurement parameters, the system tends to start more refueling pumps to cope with pressure fluctuations, so its maximum operating pump count is higher than that based on pressure flow measurement parameter control. The key to starting and stopping pump control is to ensure that the refueling demand matches the number of operating pumps. A more timely control scheme for stopping pumps can effectively reduce energy loss. Taking all factors into consideration, the multi pump variable frequency control mode can ensure stable pipeline pressure by adjusting pump speed under pump shutdown conditions. Moreover, when judging pump start and stop based on pressure and flow measurement parameters, it can significantly reduce operating energy consumption and improve the safety and economy of system operation.[Conclusion]The research results can assist design and operation personnel in selecting pump start stop control schemes, which is beneficial for the rational planning and design, safety scheduling management, and precise operation control of airport refueling systems.
