I. Publishing Scope

The journal serves colleges, universities, scientific research institutes, and oil companies in the storage and transportation industry to report on the latest breakthrough and cutting-edge developments at home and abroad.

The journal only accepts original manuscripts related to the oil and gas storage and transportation industry. Duplicate publications and multiple submissions are strictly prohibited. Manuscripts are expected to be innovative and with significant scientific value.

 

II. Instructions for Submission

1. The act of submitting manuscripts will be regarded as agreeing to the following commitments: 1) Authors abide by academic ethics, and do not have any academic misconduct behaviors such as multiple submissions; 2) Authors take full responsibility for their manuscripts. The content of the manuscript shall not be confidential. The authors should accept and pass the confidentiality examination of their institutes. If necessary, confidential and patent departments of their institutes should issue a legal certificate; 3) Authors shall not plagiarize the works of others. All quotations must be in accordance with the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China. All copyright disputes consequences arising from behaviors mentioned above shall be borne by the authors; 4) Authorship should not be altered at will. For cases where a change in authorship is necessary, please refer to the document “Regulations on Changing Paper Authors” available in the “Download” page on the Chinese website of the journal. Non-Chinese authors can consult the editorial office directly.

2. Post-Publication Discussions: We warmly welcome authors and readers to participate in discussions on our published articles. Comments can be sent to the journal's email at yqcy@vip.163.com. The editorial office will handle them promptly and provide feedback as necessary. Furthermore, the journal actively encourages readers and authors to engage in mutual supervision and offer feedback on pertinent information, aiming to cultivate a vibrant and positive academic environment.

3. Data Sharing: Authors are encouraged to share research data under appropriate circumstances. Data sharing plays a crucial role in facilitating the replication of scientific experiments and the reuse of research data. Generally, shareable data encompasses raw data, observation records, experimental results, and so forth. Additionally, the journal emphasizes the importance of authors sharing related research software, code, models, algorithms, protocols, methods, and other valuable materials. Authors are encouraged upload such materials to accessible third-party storage platforms and provide corresponding links at the end of their articles.

 

III. Fees

1) This journal does not charge any fees such as article processing charges and review fees;

2) In cases of "multiple submissions" or "duplicate publication", authors will be charged a review fee of 200 RMB (100 RMB per expert, totaling 200 RMB) and editing fees of 50 RMB per thousand words.

3) The copyright transfer fee is included in the remuneration paid by the journal and will not be paid saperately. If there are any objections from the author, please provide a statement in your submission, and the journal will handle it appropriately. 

 

IV. Submission Method

1) Declaration: The journal has not entrusted any intermediary agencies to publish papers or engage in related cooperation. This journal does not charge any APCs or review fees. Please submit directly to our website: yqcy.paperonce.org. Authors can designate an author who is able to debate on behalf of the manuscript as the corresponding author (if the author is a student, the corresponding author must be his/her supervisor).

2) The journal accepts online submissions only. Submission by e-mail or post will not be considered. Please click on "Author Login" on the home page of the journal's website, strictly operate in accordance with the instructions step by step, and ensure that the relevant information filled in is complete and correct. In order to ensure academic justice and prevent relational manuscripts, please indicate the author's title, position, and contact information when registering online.

3) For manuscripts accepted after the final review, under the same conditions, the manuscripts funded by National Major Project, National Programs for Science and Technology Development, 973 Program, 863 Program, National Natural Science Foundation of China, Provincial and Ministerial Research Projects will be given priority for acceptance. Therefore, when submitting, please make sure to specify the scientific research project and its number in detail.

4) Registration is required for the first-time submission. Please keep the registration password safe. If the password is lost or forgotten, you can use the "Retrieve Password" function to apply for retrieval and indicate your real name and relevant contact information for future reference. To check the progress of the manuscript, just log in to yqcy.paperonce.org to check the latest status of the manuscript.

5) According to the relevant terms of "the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China", the review period shall be within 2 months from the date of submission. Authors can inquire about the latest status of the manuscript through the website, and send emails to editors in case of no feedback regarding the manuscript within the period. In order to ensure the quality of manuscripts, there is a review period at each stage, so please refrain from enquiring too early. If you need to withdraw the manuscript, be sure to inform the editor by email and indicate detailed reasons. Please get the contact information from "Contact Us" on our website.

 

V. Manuscript Requirements

1) General Requirements

• The main body of the contribution should generally consist of four parts: introduction (research background and purpose), technical ideas and research methods (ideas and methods for solving problems), results and effects (research results and application effects), and conclusions (final recognition and conclusions). The second and third parts should be detailed, and the first and fourth parts could be simplified.
• Clear diagrams should be provided. The diagrams need to be uploaded as separate attachments, and the text description should be marked separately at the bottom of each drawing.
• Writing should be logical and rigorous.  Please check the manuscript repeatedly before submitting it in order to avoid logical errors, typos, spelling, and serial number errors.

3) Basic Requirements on Manuscript​

• Title: The title should be clear and concise, generally no more than 22 Chinese characters, and highlight the innovative points of the article. If the title is too long, a subtitle can be adopted instead.

• Abstract: An abstract is self-evident and is a concise and exact essay for the purpose of grasping the outline of literature content quickly, without subjective comments and explanations. The structure of the abstract is as follows: [Purpose] Why this research should be carried out, what problems need to be solved, or its role and significance, or what new ideas or breakthroughs are there, etc.; [Methods] What means and methods are used, and what data and results are used for research; [Results] What results, viewpoints, recognitions and discoveries are different from those of the public and predecessors, and what new progress has been made; [Conclusion] The conclusion, cognition, prediction, direction, implication drawn from the above results. [Results] and [Conclusion] can also be written together. According to the purpose, methods, results, and conclusion of the research, an abstract is drafted as one-paragraph essay of about 500 words, which contain all the key technical information and are highly generalized. Chinese abstracts must be translated into English. The abstract should be written from the perspective of a third-person to show objectivity, justice, and credibility. It is usually written in the third person, without using subjects such as "we", "author", and "this article", and without using judgmental language. There should be more useful qualitative and quantitative information in the abstract.

• Keywords: Authors should carefully select about 6 keywords according to the topic and key technical information of the article. The selected keywords should be able to reflect the key, technical means, and application effect of the research.

• DOI: DOI will be assigned by the editorial office.

• Fund Project: If there is any funding project for the research work, please indicate the name and number of the fund project.

• Main Body: The main body of the text should be concise and highlight the topic. Scientific articles generally consist of four parts: introduction (research purpose and problem raising), technical ideas (ideas and methods to solve problems), results and effects (research results and application effects), and conclusion (final understanding and conclusion). The second and third parts are detailed, and the first and fourth parts are briefly described. According to the requirements of national standard GB 3100 ~ 3102-93, the relevant contents of the manuscripts and charts of this journal should use legal units of measurement. Contributors should provide color vector images. For images without vector format, please provide images with resolutions exceeding 600 dpi. It is enough to have 3 ~ 5 diagrams to illustrate the problem in an article. Three-line table format is generally recommended in this journal. Please use MathType 6.5 and above to edit the formula and put it into a Word document (do not edit it directly in Word). Each dimension in the formula should be annotated one by one according to the order in which it appears. For more detailed requirements, please refer to the Chinese website.

• Reference: There must be more than 20 references in the article. If the number is insufficient, the manuscript may be rejected directly. All Chinese references need to be translated into English. When quoting other people's opinions or achievements, they should be marked at the top right of the quotation placed in the text in sequence, and the author works and their sources should be indicated in the "references" at the end of the text. The description items should be complete and the types of references should be clearly marked. If the reference has DOI, it needs to be described. For the specific form, please refer to the Manuscript Template of the Download Center. If there are fewer than 6 responsible authors listed in the references of this journal, they should be listed one by one; If there are more than 6 authors, only the first 6 need to be listed, followed by "et al.". The English translation of references must provide the most accurate original translation version, which can be found on the websites of various journals (or Wanfang database, etc.), so do not attempt to translate by yourself.
