加热炉是油田地面集输过程中的重要热力设备,其能耗约占集输系统总能耗的80%,合理控制油田加热炉能耗的上升,对实现油田集输系统高效运行与科学管理有着重要作用。从能效对标管理的基本理论出发,通过热平衡分析法,对影响加热炉热效率的因素进行了分析。在标杆管理理论的基础上,构建了一套完整的加热炉能效对标体系,主要包括:对标的各项指标的选取及定义、统计口径及计算方法、权重的计算方法、标杆值的选择、加热炉能效的预测方法。以某油田加热炉能耗统计数据的对标分析为例,分析了加热炉运行效率低的原因,提出了相应的节能措施,为提高加热炉运行效率、实现节能管理提供了依据。(图3表5,参[24]

Heating furnace is an essential thermal device in the process of surface gathering and transportation of an oil field, with energy consumption accounting for 80% of the total in the gathering and transportation system. Therefore, a reasonable control against the energy consumption rise of oil field heating furnace is of great significance for the efficient operation and scientific management of oil field gathering and transportation system. Proceeding from the basic theory of energy efficiency benchmarking management, the factors that affect the thermal efficiency of heating furnace were analyzed by thermal balance analysis method. On the basis of benchmarking management theory, a complete benchmarking system for heating furnace energy efficiency was constructed, mainly covering the selection and definition of benchmarking indexes, statistical caliber and calculation methods, calculation method of weight, selection of benchmarking values, prediction method of heating furnace energy efficiency, etc. As a case study, the statistical data of heating furnace energy consumption in a certain oilfield was used for benchmarking, the causes of low operating efficiency of heating furnace were analyzed, and the corresponding energy-saving measures were raised to provide basis for improving the operation efficiency of the heating furnace and attaining economic operation management.
