国际上主流的油气管道剩余强度评价标准是API 579-1/ASME FFS-1-2007《适用性评价推荐做法》,但该标准在实际应用过程中仍然存在多个技术难点。基于此,引入了管道“点蚀占有比”概念,提出管道剩余强度系数与剩余壁厚比的“无缝表征模型”,成功将离散的8 级点蚀标准模态连续化。利用Matlab 搭建图像处理平台,完成对8 级点蚀标准模态之间任意状态管道的安全评估及剩余寿命预测。对API 579-1/ASME FFS-1-2007 中的评价规则进行改进后,提高了工程实用性,解决了管道安全评估和剩余寿命的动态预测难题,具有重要的技术经济价值。(图4表1,参[23]

Fitness -for -Service (API 579-1/ASME FFS-1-2007) is considered to be the international mainstream residual strength assessment standard for oil and gas pipelines. However, there are still many technical difficulties in the practical application of this standard. For this reason, the concept “pitting area occupation ratio” was introduced for pipeline, and the non-discrete characterization model related to the residual strength coefficient and the residual wall thickness ratio was put forward to successfully realize the continuity of discrete 8-grade pitting standard modes. The image processing platform built by MATLAB was used to complete the safety assessment and residual life prediction of pipelines in any state between the standard modes of 8-grade pitting corrosion. After the perfection of assessment rules in API 579-1/ASME FFS-1-2007, the engineering practicability was improved, and the difficulties in pipeline safety assessment and dynamic prediction of residual life were overcome, so it is believed to be of important technical and economic value.
