长输油气管道的自动化控制水平直接关系着其生产运行安全与效率,中俄东线天然气管道工程通过创新实践开启了中国长输油气管道自动化控制技术的新篇章。以自动化控制系统的技术特点为主线,以具有代表性的油气长输管道控制系统为依托,回顾了中国长输油气管道控制系统关键技术的发展历程,介绍了长输油气管道自动化控制技术发展现状,并结合智慧化管道建设,展望了长输油气管道自动化控制技术的发展前景。中俄东线天然气管道工程北段各项设计指标均处于全球领先水平,从SCADA系统组成、结构、功能等的创新成果来看,其自动化控制系统代表了目前中国长输油气管道自动化控制技术的最高水平。(图8,参[17]

The automatic control level of long-distance oil and gas pipelines has direct relation with the safety and efficiency of production and operation. China-Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline Project put into operation on December 2, 2019 has opened a new chapter in China’s long-distance oil and gas pipeline automatic control technology through innovative practices. Grasping the main line of the technical characteristics of automatic control system and relying on the typical long-distance oil and gas pipeline control system, the development process of key technologies in China’s long-distance oil and gas pipeline control system was reviewed, the development status of automatic control technology for long-distance oil and gas pipelines were introduced, and the development prospect of automatic control technology for long-distance oil and gas pipelines was predicted in combination with intelligent pipeline construction. All design indexes of the northern section of China-Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline Project are in the world’s leading level. From the view of innovative achievements in the composition, structure and function of SCADA system, the automatic control system thereof represents the current highest level of automatic control technology for long-distance oil and gas pipelines in China.
