为了研究LNG接收站项目高低压火炬集中布置的可行性,结合火炬燃烧辐射热计算软件Flaresim和火炬泄放原理,分别建立低压火炬燃烧、高低压火炬同时燃烧的热辐射计算模型。模拟了低压火炬燃烧、高低压火炬同时燃烧时热辐射、噪音等参数的变化规律,计算了接受热点火炬分液罐的热辐射、噪音。结果 表明:对于接受热点,高低压火炬同时燃烧时热辐射为1.578kW/m2,噪音为89.85dB,满足操作人员接受辐射强度和噪音的要求,表明高低压火炬集中布置方案是可行的,可为类似改扩建项目提供设计思路。(图2表4,参[20]

In order to study the feasibility of the centralized layout of high-and low-pressure flares in the project of LNGreceiving terminal, the models for calculating the heat radiation were established for the low-pressure flare burning and thehigh-and low-pressure flare simultaneous burning respectively by using the software for calculating the heat radiation offlare burning (Flaresim), combined with the flare relieving principle. Then, the variations of the heat radiation and noise inthe process of the low- pressure flare burning and the high-and low-pressure flare simultaneous burning were simulated, andthe heat radiation and noise of the receptor point were calculated. It is shown that for the receptor point, the heat radiationand noise of the high-and low-pressure flare simultaneous burning are 1.578 kW/m2and 89.85 dB, respectively, whichare in the operators’ acceptable range of radiation intensity and noise, indicating the feasibility of the centralizedlayout of high-and low-pressure flares. The research results provide the design idea for similar reconstruction andextension projects. (2 Figures, 4 Tables, 20 References)
