BOG是影响LNG站安全、环保、经济运行的主要因素之一,BOG回收成为亟待解决的难题。基于BOG生成的影响因素,通过调研国内外LNG站BOG回收技术的相关研究成果,对脉管制冷机回收、氮膨胀制冷回收、液氮回收、喷射液化回收、混合冷剂液化回收、直接压缩工艺、再液化工艺以及直接压缩与再液化结合工艺8种BOG回收技术的研究进展及其优缺点进行了评述,并提出了有针对性的优化方法。结合LNG站的实际需求,在满足LNG站平稳运行的前提下,为不同类型的LNG站制订了经济、有效的BOG回收方案,并对BOG回收技术未来的发展方向进行了展望。(图 11表1,参[54]

Boil-off gas (BOG) is one of the main factors influencing the safety, environmental protection and economicoperation of LNG station, and its recovery is a difficulty which needs solving urgently. In this paper, domestic and foreignresearches related to BOG recovery technologies of LNG station were investigated. Then, based on the factors influencing thegeneration of BOG, the research progresses, advantages and disadvantages of eight main BOG recovery technologies werediscussed, including pulse tube refrigerator, nitrogen expansion refrigeration recovery, liquid nitrogen recovery, jet liquefactionrecovery, mixed refrigerant liquefaction recovery, direct compression process, reliquefaction process and combined processof direct compression and reliquefaction, and the corresponding optimization methods were proposed. Finally, combined withthe actual needs of LNG stations, the economic and effective BOG recovery schemes for different types of LNG stations wereprepared while satisfying the premise of the safe operation and environmental protection of LNG stations. What’s more, thefuture development of BOG recovery technologies was prospected. (11 Figures, 1 Table, 54 References)
