为了有效提高清管器跟踪定位用磁场发射机的发射距离,对影响发射机的因素进行理论推导、电磁仿真分析及现场试验验证,结果表明:发射机发射距离的提高,可以通过将接收机安装在清管器钢骨架外部或增大线圈直径以减少发射线圈的匝数(在线圈含铜量不变的情况下)来实现;在较薄管壁中进行清管作业时,发射机的发射距离也会增强,但不明显;管径对发射机发射距离的影响不明显,可以忽略。研究结果可最大限度地提高发射机的发射距离,为增大清管器的监测范围提供理论依据。(图9表8,参[20]

In this paper, theoretical deduction, electromagnetic simulation analysis and field test were carried out on the factors affecting the magnetic field transmitter used for pig tracking and positioning in order to improve its transmitting distance. It is shown that the transmitting distance of the transmitter can be improved by installing the transmitter outside the pig steel frame or increasing the coil diameter to reduce the number of the turns of the transmitting coil (copper content of the coil unchanged). When the pigging operation is conducted in a thinner wall pipeline, the transmitting distance can be also increased, but the increment is not obvious. The effect of pipe diameter on transmitting distance is not obvious and can be neglected. The research results are conducive to maximize the transmitting distance of the transmitter and provide the theoretical basis for increasing the monitoring range of the pig.
