优化成品油管道沿线泵站开泵方案可以降低管道运行能耗。以包含泵机组并联运行模式及配备变频泵的成品油管道为研究对象,考虑沿线节点压力、过泵流量等约束,基于已有批次输油计划,建立以运行时间内管道全线运行能耗总和最小为目标的混合整数线性规划模型(Mixed IntegerLinear Programming,MILP),并利用分支定界算法求解。利用该模型求解了中国某条成品油管道的优化配泵方案,计算耗时213.76 s,所得结果符合约束限制,具有较强的实用性,可为中国成品油管道优化运行提供指导。(图3表2,参[26]

By virtue of the optimized pump start-up scheme on pump stations along products pipelines, the energy consumption during pipeline operation can be reduced. As for the products pipeline which is equipped with the variable frequency pump and adopts the parallel operation mode of the pump units, an Mixed Integer Linear Programming Model (MILP) was established based on existing batch scheduling. This model is aimed at minimizing the sum of the operation energy consumption along the whole pipeline during the operation under the constraints of node pressure and pump flow. This model was solved by the branch and bound algorithm. The pump start-up scheme of a certain products pipeline in China was taken as a case study to verify the model. It is shown that its computation time is 213.76 s, and all results satisfy the constraints, indicating that this model is practical. The research results provide a guidance for the operation optimization of products pipelines in China. (3 Figures, 2 Tables, 26 References)
