橡胶筒是油气管道内封堵器封堵模块中的核心部分,为了研究橡胶筒轴向长度对封堵过程的影响规律,通过橡胶材料的力学性能测试及材料非线性和接触非线性理论研究,结合动力学有限元仿真分析方法,建立了封堵器橡胶筒封堵过程力学模型。利用该模型进行了不同长度橡胶筒封堵过程的模拟仿真分析,总结了橡胶筒长度对封堵性能的影响规律。研究表明:在同样的驱动力作用下,随着橡胶筒有效长度的增加,橡胶筒与管壁之间的接触力不断减小,对应的等效应力和接触应力也减小。因此,在封堵器橡胶筒选型阶段,在保证压缩后有效密封长度大于封堵所需安全长度阈值的前提下,应尽量选择有效长度相对较短的橡胶筒结构。(图5表3,参[22])关键词:封堵器;橡胶筒;有效长度;封堵性能

The rubber tube is the core component in the plugging module of the occluder inside oil and gas pipeline. In order to study the influence of the axial length of the rubber tube on the plugging process, the mechanical properties of rubber materials were tested, and material nonlinearity and contact nonlinear theories were studied in this paper. Then, the mechanical model for simulating the plugging process of rubber tube was established by means of dynamic finite element simulation method. After this model was used to simulate and analyze the plugging process of rubber tube of different lengths, the influential laws of the rubber tube length on the plugging performance were summarized. The results show that under the same driving force, the contact force between the rubber tube and the pipeline wall decreases with the increase of the effective length of the rubber tube, and correspondingly the equivalent stress and contact stress decreases as well. Therefore, in the selection stage of the rubber tube of the occluder, it is necessary to select the rubber tube with shorter effective length under the premise that the effective plugging length after the compression shall be greater than the safe length threshold of the plugging.
