浮顶罐是油品储存的主力设备,明确油品在罐内的温度分布变化规律,准确预测油温变化对于油库安全、低耗运行具有重要意义。以5×104 m3 浮顶罐作为测试对象,通过现场跟踪测温的方式研究罐内原油温度场变化特性,发现当外界温度低于油温时,罐内温度呈现反浴盆曲线,存在明显的核心恒温区;当外界温度高于油温时,罐内温度呈现导热分布,罐内核心恒温区消失。研究结果可为节能减排、科学制定浮顶罐加热运行方案及预防凝罐事故提供技术参考。
